Toncoin (TON) Rebranding to Gram (GRAM)

* The Open Network has announced that Toncoin (TON), the native asset of The Open Network, has been rebranded as Gram (GRAM). The rebranding relates to the name, ticker symbol and branding of the Digital Asset only. The underlying blockchain, The Open Network remains unchanged;
* No token migration, swap, bridge, claim process or other action is required from Holders.

The Issuer hereby gives Holders notice that, following the rebranding of Toncoin (TON) to Gram (GRAM), references to Toncoin (TON) as the Digital Asset under the
Certificates will be updated to Gram (GRAM). Subject to any required regulatory or exchange approvals, the Issuer intends to correspondingly update the name of the Certificates, effective 25 June 2026.

Each Holder will continue to hold the same number of Certificates following the rebranding and the entitlement under each Certificate (including the Reference Price) will not be modified as a result of the rebranding. No action is required from Holders.
