Valour has decided to redeem and terminate the ETP in accordance with the terms and conditions of the product.
If you continue to hold the ETP after the last trading day, your holding will be subject to a compulsory redemption by the Issuer.
Unless you submit a valid Redemption Notice requesting Physical Delivery by 1 September 2026 and satisfy the applicable requirements under the Conditions, your ETP will be redeemed for cash.
For most investors, no action is required. Cash Settlement will apply automatically.
Yes. Physical Delivery is available only if you:
- submit a valid Redemption Notice by 1 September 2026;
- comply with the applicable requirements set out in the Conditions, including completing an Acceptable Delivery; and
- satisfy any applicable eligibility requirements under the Conditions.
If these requirements are not met, your ETP will be redeemed for cash.
Please note that requesting Physical Delivery requires additional operational steps and documentation. Investors considering Physical Delivery should contact their broker or Valour well in advance of the deadline.
The Compulsory Redemption Date is 15 September 2026.
Settlement is expected on 16 September 2026, whether you receive Cash Settlement or Physical Delivery (provided the requirements for Physical Delivery have been satisfied).
If you take no action and continue to hold the ETP after the last trading day, your holding will automatically be redeemed for cash on the applicable settlement date.
